The Winner of the LAUD Urban Photography Contest Has Been Announced!

As part of the 201, 301, and 401 studio courses in the 2024-2025 academic year, an urban exploration and research trip to Gaziantep City Center and Gaziantep Islahie was organized, during which the second edition of the Urban Photography Contest took place. The winner of the contest was determined through voting by both our students and faculty members.

The submitted photos were printed in 297mm x 420mm A3 size, in black-and-white, on 200g glossy paper, and participants submitted their works anonymously. After the voting process, this year’s winner was Atlas Ada Çelik, a 2nd-year student, whose photo beautifully captured the essence of Gaziantep’s urban landscape and life.
